Job Summary:
Deliver an efficient credit control service in compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze and release sales order blocks accordance to Credit policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review credit requests and thoroughly assess new and existing customer credit risk exposure
- Analyse and assess the financial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients
- Prepare monthly credit control metrics to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance to agreed accounting principles, service levels, company policies and procedures
- Meet order release deadlines to support shipping cut off schedules
- Work closely with internal functional teams to communicate issues and resolve problems
- Assist team members in credit control related matters and escalate issues to Assistant Manager.
- Involves in process improvement activities, digitalization, and other required tasks
- Participate in internal / external audit. Provide required information.
- Cooperation with cross function teams within SSC for monthly closing activities
Job Requirements:
Education: Degree in relevant field (Commerce, Finance, Accounting)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Management with 2 years of shared services experience
Skills Requirements:
- Strong team player
- Strong knowledge / use of SAP and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
