Job Description
Position Objective
- Supporting mainly HR applications (Workday)
- Supporting HRIT Technical Lead & Manager on work assignments.
- Able to manage all aspects of the integration, business mapping between Global HRIT Platform and other related systems.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform system configuration and customization.
- Manages all assigned Change Requests and deliver according to the target resolution time.
- Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
- Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
- Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request when necessary.
- Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
- Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT CoE to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
- Drive new or enhanced features to improve customer experience in using cloud solutions.
- Contribute to the quality standards and continuous improvement of the HRIT SOPs including alignment of deliverables to business processes.
Job Requirements
- University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
- Has exposure in Workday as a support function or as an end user.
- Has Workday configuration experience in Reporting / PRISM / Extend module.
- Has experience in Java Programming is an added advantage.
- Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills.
- Able to write clearly and concisely and work within tight deadlines.
- Able to work extended hours when necessary.
- Possess personal attributes such as maturity, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative, self-motivation.
- Able to manage priorities and tasks and time efficiently.
- Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
