We're hiring! We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Talent Solutions team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What The Day Will Look Like

The Senior Analyst will be accountable in the delivery of high-quality data solution and advisory services to clients within Talent Solutions. The role will be accountable to support Project Managers to delivery high quality advisory work as well as supporting to lead the delivery of data advisory services based on the given timeframes for the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client account renewals and up-selling Aon's Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD) subscription for the Financial Services sector.
  • Responsible to onboard clients to Aon's survey platform, providing participation support, including undertaking job matching activities.
  • Manage and diligently track client participation from solicitation stage up to data / report delivery.
  • Responding to client queries on our participation processes and our data capabilities within the region.
  • Support project managers to deliver medium to large scale projects in the area of Data Advisory, Employee Rewards and People Advisory.
  • Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients through forming insights based on clients needs, acquired expertise and interpretation of data and analyses.
  • May lead small scale advisory projects or data solution services independently with minimal guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relations through regular and proactive communications.
  • Support and lead development of proposals and acquisition of new clients where required.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or Human Resource from a renowned university
  • Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Rewards Management or Compensation & Benefits. Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented and meticulous
  • Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English
  • Experience in regression analysis/statistics
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical software for analyzing large dataset (Excel and Tableau) will be an added advantage
