Senior Assistant Manager, Performance - Marketing

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee website development and technical maintenance across regions with external vendors.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and SEO.
• Manage website hosting and domain administration.
• Plan performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Manage digital subscriptions such as social media monitoring, analytics, and other marketing tools.
• Oversee selected Google ecosystem (e.g, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Cloud)
• Negotiate with and manage vendors, agencies, and digital subscriptions.
• Consolidate and analyze multi-country digital marketing data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive and visually engaging monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to present drive continuous improvement, and propose strategic solutions.
• Serve as the key person-in-charge for the department's collaboration and workplace platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to global/regional markets.
• Familiarity with website content management systems, hosting, domains, and digital infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and campaign optimization strategies.
• Experience handling digital tools and marketing tracking tools (e.g., social media monitoring, analytics, pixels).
• Familiarity with Google Ecosystem (e.g., Google Ads, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager).
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning
