We're looking for a senior Business Architect to drive transformation across critical business support domains enabling smarter operations, stronger governance, and future‑ready platforms across the bank.
What you'll do:
- Bridge business and technology strategy by shaping target‑state architectures that improve efficiency, resilience, and competitiveness.
- Lead Target Operating Model (TOM) design across key support domains such as HR, Finance, Risk Management, Financial Crime, Data Management, and Document Management (experience across at least 3 domains preferred).
- Translate complex banking and enterprise capabilities into clear architectural designs that power business transformation.
- Own and maintain architecture roadmaps, capability heatmaps, and application rationalization for support domains.
- Actively communicate architecture strategy and intent across business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Governance, Risk & Standards:
- Govern the implementation of business architecture standards across program and initiatives.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles and regulatory expectations.
- Apply frameworks such as TOGAF, BIAN, and ArchiMate to drive consistency and scalability.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Stay ahead of global and regional banking trends, including:
- AI‑powered fraud detection
- Intelligent Document Processing
- Data‑driven risk and compliance platforms
- Conduct continuous industry benchmarking and research, translating insights into actionable recommendations and future‑state strategies.
- Help shape how support domains evolve in a cloud‑, data‑, and AI‑enabled enterprise.

Job Requirements:
