Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Development Engineer based in Batu Kawan, Penang. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and building long-term relationships with clients. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales strategies, prepare proposals, and effectively present ViTrox's products and solutions to clients and partners. Additionally, the role includes fostering strategic alliances and contributing to the organization's business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Development and New Business Development, demonstrating the ability to identify and secure opportunities.
• Strong Sales and Communication skills to engage with clients and present solutions effectively.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and creating strategies to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Prior experience in a technical or engineering-related field is an advantage, as is familiarity with machine vision systems or industrial IoT solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in English; additional language proficiency, especially in languages relevant to the company's international markets, is a plus.
