Job Responsibilities:
- Drive analytical strategy, partner closely with cross-functional leaders, and translate complex business challenges into clear, data-driven solutions. Will not only execute high-impact analyses but also guide best practices, influence data roadmaps, and elevate the overall analytical maturity of the organization.
- Act as the primary analytics partner for marketing, sales, finance, product, and other key teams.
- Lead discussions to deeply understand business objectives and shape data analytics initiatives accordingly. Provide strategic guidance on data usage and analytical approaches to senior stakeholders.
- Perform complex analyses using statistical and modeling techniques to uncover actionable insights. Lead exploratory data analysis (EDA), descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, and experimentation reviews. Identify trends, diagnose underlying issues, and proactively recommend actions to drive business impact.
- Build clear, compelling dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Establish visualization standards and mentor team members on best practices.
- Deliver well-structured analytical reports and present findings to leadership teams. Translate complex data results into concise, strategic recommendations. Partner closely with management to interpret insights and guide data-informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong technical proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL: Python or R, and leading or people managing skill
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 years of practical experience with SQL (query optimization, joins, CTEs) and Tableau (dashboard design, calculated fields, parameters).
- Solid understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques (descriptive analytics, data cleansing, trend analysis).
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and adapt effectively in dynamic environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical insights to diverse audiences.
