Responsibilities:
- Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing.
- Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.
- Responsible for the construction and technical details of drawings
- Present and propose concepts to each client according to their desired needs.
- Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
- Handle all documentation required on project requirements.
- Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, materials needed, carpet, and carpentry work.
- Work closely with team to create scope of work and define projects.
- Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
- Analyse and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
- Prepare and issue specification
- To be consciously working as a member of a team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years and above of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Experienced applicants with design background in commercial, offices and residential preferred.
- Well versed in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand sketching and etc.
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Flash and etc. is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
- Able to attend meetings and handle site supervision.
- Self-motivated and able to work in team with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Working Hour : 8.30 am 5.30 pm (Monday Friday)
9.00 am 1.00 pm (Saturday)
Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara
Salary RM6,000.00
