What You'll Do
- Partner with software teams to enhance application reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Provide production support (BAU), proactively resolving issues before they affect business operations.
- Automate workflows with Python, Unix shell scripting, and AWS Lambda.
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub on AWS Cloud, following best practices.
- Perform database management and queries (Document-Oriented DB experience is a plus).
- Configure monitoring solutions (Grafana, PagerDuty) to ensure system health and rapid incident response.
- Participate in occasional weekend production releases/deployments.
What We're Looking For
- 57+ years of DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
- Proven expertise in AWS Cloud technologies, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong skills in Git, Unix/Linux, PL/SQL; scripting/coding experience highly valued.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PagerDuty and industry-standard solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently and lead improvement projects.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Document-Oriented Database certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
