Job Description

Role Responsibilities (Summary)

Lead CI/CD pipeline standardization across engineering teams
Improve build reliability and release automation
Implement infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices
Support cloud and containerized deployment environments

Must-Have Skills

6+ years DevOps experience
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Git-based CI)
Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Containerization and Infrastructure-as-Code exposure

Must-Have

•6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience

•Proven track record of leading CI/CD transformation initiatives

•Experience implementing pipelines from low or fragmented maturity environments

•Strong experience with modern CI/CD platforms (Git-based CI, Jenkins, or equivalent)

•Experience enforcing Git workflow governance and merge discipline

•Hands-on containerization experience

•Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code

•Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

•Strong scripting skills

•Ability to operate independently and influence engineering teams
