The Opportunity
Taking the role to oversee and management Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care (EOC) for patients, visitors and staff is provided for at all times
The Incumbent Shall Be Responsible To
Taking the role to oversee and management Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care (EOC) for patients, visitors and staff is provided for at all times
The Incumbent Shall Be Responsible To
- Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
- Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities
- Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners
- Implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
- Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders
- Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen
- Analysis and development on maintenance contracts
- Develop plans at all levels, write report / papers and provide project updates
- Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas
- Support the Department in Audits, Inspections and Accreditation
- Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline with at least 2 years experience in Project Management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in contract management and Procurement Management
- Experience in a high technology manufacturing or healthcare environment would be an added advantage
