Senior / Engineer, Mechanical & Project Management (NTF)

The Opportunity

Taking the role of lead, oversee and management Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care (EOC) for patients, visitors and staff is provided for at all times

The Incumbent Shall Be Responsible To

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities
• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners
• To implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
• Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders
• Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen
• Analysis and development on maintenance contracts
• Perform shift coverage when required
• Develop plans at all levels, write report / papers and provide project updates
• Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas
• Support the Department in Audits, Inspections and Accreditation
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline with at least 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a high technology manufacturing or healthcare environment would be an added advantage
