Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance

Main Responsibilities

Quality Management System Maintenance & Improvement

• Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, internal audits, and management reviews of the company's quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Lead the development and revision of quality system documents (quality manuals, procedures), and supervise their implementation.
• Plan and execute internal quality audits; track corrective actions and ensure closure of non-conformities.

Customer Audit & Quality Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact, fully responsible for handling quality system audits, process audits, and product audits from domestic and international clients.
• Lead preparation before audits, coordination and clarification during audits, and preparation of corrective action reports and follow-up verification after audits.
• Analyze and translate customer quality requirements and standards to ensure internal processes align with customer expectations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, chemical engineering, applied chemistry, electronics, or a related field.
2. Strong logical thinking and text editing skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using OFFICE software.
3. At least 3–5 years of experience in quality management systems or related roles in the battery or semiconductor industry;
4. Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 and other quality management systems; knowledgeable in VDA 6.3 and understands ISO45001/14001 and other environmental, safety, and social responsibility management system requirements
5. Experience in quality control within BBU / telecommunications energy / power battery fields is preferred; familiarity with BBU application scenarios and battery quality requirements is an advantage.
