Senior Engineer Reliability Product Testing

Join our Reliability Product Testing team and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, quality, and robustness of semiconductor products throughout their qualification and release lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing reliability testing activities while collaborating with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Labs, and Operations teams to support new product introductions and technology qualifications. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through effective test management, problem-solving, and process optimization.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Plan, coordinate, and manage technical feasibility checks and reliability testing activities to support product, technology, and process qualification projects.
• Collaborate closely with Lab Planners, Product Engineers, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of reliability test packages and qualification milestones.
• Support test package releases and assignments by prioritizing testing activities, resolving test-related issues, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain, optimize, and support Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), handlers, load boards, DUT boards, adapters, sockets, and environmental test systems to ensure reliable test execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report test activities, equipment utilization, test delays, bottlenecks, and operational risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop, improve, and sustain reliability testing methods, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and qualification effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, specifications, operating procedures, and qualification records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, yield and quality improvement projects, problem-solving activities, and 8D investigations to drive operational excellence.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Applied Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability testing, semiconductor product qualification, test engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor reliability testing methodologies, qualification processes, and product validation requirements.
• Experience working with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), test handlers, load boards, DUT boards, sockets, adapters, and environmental stress testing systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
