About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages installers and vendor coordination, including site assessments, installation scheduling, and order follow-ups to ensure smooth home charging deployment.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining on-time delivery and minimizing troubleshooting turnaround time.
- Manages home charging accounts and financial processes, including dealer collections and vendor payments.
- Prepares charging solution materials for internal teams, dealers, and sales assistants.
- Supports implementation of home charging sales strategies, including OEM benchmarking.
- Analyses dealer and vendor performance data to support sales forecasting and objectives.
- Completes ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
