JOB PURPOSE : To provide an effective & efficient shared services to Citaglobal Berhad & its group of companies. Responsible for payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development and HRMS systems.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns for the assigned companies, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions in accordance with company policies.
- Manage payroll and claims processing accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance to government regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies & procedures.
- Assist in providing support and professional guidance to all departments in all areas of HR benefits and compensation.
- Responsible in ensuring all employees personal records in the assigned companies HRMS & personal files are updated.
- Prepare and provide HR reports, statistical data, management reports, payroll summaries, to meet both statutory and internal reporting needs.
- Manage the overall training and development function (in-house and external) to achieve organizational objectives, including coordinating training and HRDF claims for the assigned companies.
- Monitor and manage employee leave and attendance records for assigned companies.
- Organize and maintain proper office filing & record system.
- Update employee records in the HRMS system.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in employee benefits administration, including employee insurance, medical benefits, leave management, and claims etc.
- Assist in employee engagement activities & surveys.
- Any other reasonable assigned duties from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification
- Master/bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least eight (8) years experience in Human Resource Management.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and related statutory rules and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all statutory requirements and changes (if any).
- Good working attitude, pro-active and result oriented.
- Highly computer literate and possess exposure in HR Systems.
Skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail while managing tasks within tight deadlines.
