Job Purpose:
The post holder is responsible in handle banking operations matters, managing and analyzing financial data, generating monthly reports and any adhoc task assigns by superior.
Key Responsibilties:
- Handle all banking-related matters, including updates to bank signatories, bank account openings, and compliance with bank KYC requirements.
- Prepare monthly management reports and analyse financial information required by management
- Monitor loan repayments and interest charges to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaising with banks on banking facilities (issuance / renewal of bank guarantee).
- Liaise and work closely with auditors, tax agents, statutory bodies, and subsidiaries on banking matters, reports, and related requirements.
- Foreign Exchange dealings with banks
- Following through on all ad-hoc tasks given
Qualifications/Certifications:
Diploma/bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, value added with professional certification
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years working experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge in banking products/ facilities is an advantages.
