About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Process Improvement Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be tasked with updating, identifying inefficiencies, and assisting in implementing solutions to optimize operational processes for departmental and wider business functions. Your main objective will be to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and improve overall operational quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment and compliance with Group Risk and Group Operational Quality Assurance (GOQA) process standards.

  • Responsible for timely updates of departmental standard operating procedures covering the write up, revision, discontinuation, and maintenance of documents.

  • Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights necessary for process updates or improvement.

  • Design and implement process changes and monitor outcomes.

  • Other duties are assigned based on operational and business function needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Holder of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

  • Proven experience in process handling/ improvement or similar roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information as required.

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, exhibiting strong time management skills.

  • Assertive team player with high energy, suitable for a fast-paced work environment.
