Assist in executing or managing Corporate Development assignments in feasibility studies, preparing financial model and project advisory.
Communicate and engage with project managers, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand project financials, cost structures, and requirements for transaction document preparation.
Support the drafting, formatting, and presentation of business proposals, board papers, and other key documents.
Assist in the preparation and review of transaction-related documentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to project guidelines.
Assist in monitor project milestones and deliverables, and assist in managing timelines and documentation for smooth execution of assignments.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a corporate development, or related role within banking, accounting, or finance-related sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA) or equivalent are considered an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
