Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design & Conceptualization:Develop creative visual concepts and designs for various marketing and communication materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Campaign Execution:Handle design projects from start to finish, including ideation, design, and preparing files for various platforms (print, digital, packaging).
- Software Proficiency:Utilize industry-standard design software, primarily Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to produce high-quality visuals. Knowledge of After Effects or other new design technologies is a plus.
- Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams, actively sharing ideas and contributing to discussions.
- Market Trends:Stay updated on design trends, particularly within the F&B, packaging, and FMCG industries, to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for production.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:3-5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Software Proficiency:Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/ Photoshop, After Effects).
- Initiative & Proactiveness:A self-starter who actively seeks to learn, improve, and take ownership of projects.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with an open attitude for sharing and receiving feedback.
- Portfolio:Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital content, and campaign work.
- Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
