Job Description:
  • Customer Relationship Management
Ensure proper implementation of loyalty initiatives across multiple markets and channels
  • Plan, coordinate, execute and track marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention
Strengthen customer engagement through content creation based on the objectives of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns/initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends / best practices to optimize campaigns results and provide recommendation for improvement and new ideas
Maintain customer database and ensure data integrity
  • Manage the segmentation of customer database to support campaign analysis and reporting
  • Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in retail industry
Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, high intensity working environment
Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM5,500.00 per month
