Job Description:- Customer Relationship Management
Ensure proper implementation of loyalty initiatives across multiple markets and channels
- Plan, coordinate, execute and track marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention
Strengthen customer engagement through content creation based on the objectives of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns/initiatives- Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends / best practices to optimize campaigns results and provide recommendation for improvement and new ideas
Maintain customer database and ensure data integrity
- Manage the segmentation of customer database to support campaign analysis and reporting
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in retail industry
Good written and verbal communication skills- Able to thrive in fast-paced, high intensity working environment
Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
