Role Overview
This person will play a key role in shaping and amplifying Valiram's employer brand, driving employee engagement, and supporting initiatives that build a culture of belonging across our markets. This role combines expertise in culture-building, employee advocacy, and talent attraction to create meaningful experiences for current and future Valiram talent.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Belonging
- Support the development and execution of culture and belonging strategies that enhance employee engagement and connection.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver initiatives, events, and campaigns that reflect Valiram's values and purpose.
- Monitor and analyse employee engagement data, sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in creating and rolling out communications to drive awareness of culture initiatives.
Employee Advocacy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance key moments in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, milestone celebrations, recognition, fitness & wellness initiatives, etc).
- Lead and/or Support employee engagement programs that drive connection, inclusivity, and well-being.
- Track metrics and feedback to evaluate advocacy initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
Talent Attraction
- Support employer branding strategies that position Valiram as an employer of choice.
- Plan and execute campus engagement activities, job fairs, and career events to attract early and mid-career talent.
- Collaborate with Talent Pursuit and Conversion on creative recruitment campaigns
- Provide insights on market trends and candidate expectations to inform attraction strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR (employee engagement and branding).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse engagement and attraction metrics.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building meaningful employee experiences.
Key Skills
- Communication & Storytelling Clear and engaging writing and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder Management Ability to build strong relationships across departments and levels.
- Digital Savvy Comfortable with social platforms, internal comms tools, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva).
- Analytical Thinking Ability to consolidate, interpret data and translate it into actionable insights (PowerPoint, Excel, Graphs, Charts etc)
- Project Management Organized and able to juggle multiple initiatives with tight deadlines.
