Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Executive, E-Commerce to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role is responsible for marketplace operations, digital campaigns, and performance tracking to support Simplysiti and Beausiti e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website)
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability
- Plan and execute online campaigns and marketplace promotions
- Coordinate with marketing team for digital content & product launches
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Optimize product visibility and conversion
- Manage customer inquiries and online feedback
- Identify opportunities to grow online revenue
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience inFMCG or beauty industry
- Experience handling Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiar with digital marketing & e-commerce tools
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
