We're looking for a detail-driven, data-savvy professional to lead the end-to-end registration and ticketing process for V Global's diverse event portfolio. You'll ensure a seamless attendee experience; from sign-up all the way to onsite check-in, while turning data into insights that help us continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Registration & Ticketing
- Set up, configure, and test registration forms and ticketing portals for all events.
- Develop ticketing strategies for paid events (tiered pricing, early-bird, packages).
- Manage the full attendee journey from registration/purchase to onsite check-in.
- Lead efficient onsite registration operations, including coordinating temporary staff and tech.
2. Data Management, Analytics & Reporting
- Extract and manage attendee/ticketing data from various platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, CRM).
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and de-duplication to maintain database accuracy.
- Maintain master attendee databases in compliance with data protection standards.
- Produce clear and insightful reports including sales dashboards, forecasting, revenue reporting, conversion analysis, and demographic trends.
- Present data-driven insights to guide event strategy, marketing performance, and operations.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to align registration pages with campaign messaging and track results.
- Work with Finance on ticket sales reconciliation and payment gateway reporting.
- Provide prompt, friendly support for attendee inquiries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all registration and ticketing matters.
Qualifications
- 23 years of hands-on experience in event registration, ticketing, and onsite operations (B2C/direct selling experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in data analytics extraction, cleaning, management, and visualization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- High technical proficiency in ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, Cvent, TicketTailor) and CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleanup). Power BI/Tableau is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing onsite registration for large-scale events (1,000+ attendees).
