Assist in planing, organising, and coordinating various Group's functions/events and CSR related programme.
Support the department in achieving the financial target that has been set.
Manage unit's budget.
Execute the approved programme within the stipulated budget (corporate & CSR programme).
Execute & collaborate with LOBs in organising various inhouse or external corporate events.
Plan, organise and execute the approved CSR programmes & activities within the Group.
Assist in organising Group activities/events as per the instruction by HOD.
Communicate precise & concise information to relevant parties to achieve the project's objective.
Assist in planning & execution of logistics, site selection, food & beverages for Group functions, i.e. signing ceremonies, branch openings, product launches for LOBs.
Assist in making arrangements for audiovisual, transportation and other services.
Keep track of all expenses and assist in conducting reconciliations and preparing reports on activity/programme budgets.
Assist in ordering, preparing and distributing materials such as newsletters and brochures for events.
Act as a liaison point from Group Events & CSR to other committee members for effective communication.
Preparing and acquiring approval memos for projects to ensure efficient implementation.
Staff development activities.
Case studies and department monthly meetings.
Attend related training to gain knowledge & enhance current skills (event management & effective communication skills).
Job Requirement
Degree or diploma holder with at least 5 years related working experience in event management
