Senior Executive

Halal International Selangor (HIS) is an initiative under the State Government of Selangor. HIS focuses on leveraging the global halal market to help organizations benefit from the opportunities in halal trade. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at Halal International Selangor, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Senior Executive will oversee operations, implement strategies, and support business processes to drive the growth of halal trade initiatives. Key tasks include stakeholder engagement, project management, and ensuring compliance with halal standards. Additionally, the Senior Executive will collaborate with teams and key industry players to enhance the organization's objectives.

• Strong expertise in Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Operational Oversight
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management, Networking, and Relationship Building
• Knowledge of Halal Standards, Certification Processes, and Industry Trends
• Excellent skills in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Team Leadership
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in the halal industry or trade facilitation is highly desirable
