We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and strengthen our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business objectives through effective people management, HR operations, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures
- Support performance appraisal processes and talent development initiatives
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning
- Support company culture, engagement activities, and retention strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 58 years of HR experience, with at least 23 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office
