Senior Executive, Infrastructure - Middle Office

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure, user access, system administration, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth project implementation and system enhancements.
• Support user access reviews, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing IT-related documentation, policies, procedures, and user guidelines.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
• Manage IT hardware, software, procurement requests, vendor contracts, budgets, and payment tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or technology project support.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, risk management, and enterprise applications.
• Experience in managing or coordinating projects within the banking or financial services industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
