Job Summary
We are seeking an Insights & Reporting Senior executive to strengthen our Insights & Reporting function The role will focus on three core pillars: Data Management & Analysis, Business Support, and Reporting - with the objective of supporting key strategic and business initiatives. The successful candidate will play an integral part in leveraging internal data, making the data-meaningful and delivering timely business insights for management decision-making encompassing multiple AOCs.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
Extract data from existing databases and reporting systems for analysis.
Maintain structured datasets and ensure accuracy across multiple sources.
Conduct first-level analysis of performance trends, variances, and anomalies.
Business Support
Assist in preparing data-driven insights for stakeholders across departments.
Support cross-functional initiatives including pricing checks and route profitability analysis.
Provide operational support by setting and monitoring crew sales targets based on business budget goals.
Handle ad-hoc business requests with accuracy and timeliness (e.g., promo performance reviews, revenue by route).
Research, maintain and update competitor pricing in current product/pricing databases to support commercial decisions.
Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Develop and automate recurring reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
Ensure reporting consistency and alignment across stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
Familiarity with data tools (SQL, BigQuery, or Python) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy.
Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize key findings clearly.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
