Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Motor Franchise Holders & Dealers (MFD)/ Regional Manager and the management to lead and grow MFD business.
- Assist in business planning and in developing propositions to support department strategies.
- Develop business opportunities effectively, manage the channel with acceptable profitability of portfolio, improve productivity by monitoring KPI, such as GWP, Underwriting profit and penetration ratio of each brand and dealer respectively.
- Business development, such as new dealer development, new Franchise scheme and re-construct the scheme continuously.
- Attend any internal discussions related to MFD issues and business development.
- Assist in contributing to implement and strengthen key processes and internal controls for the business.
- Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.
- Minimum three (3) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.
- A sales and performance driven individual with strong creative thinking and ability to create the right outcomes for the business.
- Sound knowledge of insurance industry trend / practices.
- Sound knowledge of Motor Franchise Holders & Car Dealer business in terms of Value Chain Effective in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
