Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cheras for a Seller at S Ecosystem (M) Sdn Bhd. As a Seller, your responsibilities will include selling products, managing inventory, and assisting with customer queries. You will also contribute to implementing sales strategies and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires collaboration with other team members to help achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling.
• Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities to support business operations.
• Familiarity with retail and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in an on-site environment in Cheras.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is beneficial.
