What You'll Be Doing -
- Develop HR metrics, dashboards and analytics including gathering requirements from operations and business stakeholders, translate into technical specifications, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Delivers accurate and up-to-date FTE report to Finance based on submission from operations on monthly basis.
- Assist in data governance initiatives, including data cleaning, reconciliation and migration for the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in change management activities, developing and executing strategies to support adoption of new systems and processes.
- Initiate new implementation of continuous improvement opportunities for HR processes, leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive HR information.
About you -
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Statistics or a related discipline.
- 24 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Shared Services, outsourcing, HR Centre of Excellence or with expertise in data management and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with moderate skills in Powerpoint and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Query/M language, DAX, Power Automate, Tableau and/or other digitalization tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Passionate about emerging technologies, digital trends and their application in HR transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across multiple regions and countries.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to support global projects.
