Supports the Manager in delivering product & technical training, productivity workshops and MDRT development programs.

Provides support to the Head of Department in ensuring training compliance, including developing and delivery agency compliance programs, and verifying that all training programs and systems meet regulatory requirements.

Support/involve for any agency new project/initiatives and prompt support for any adhoc task assigned by Superior/ Head of Academy/Management.
