Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to handle end-to-end recruitment and collaborate closely with hiring managers in securing the right talent to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support
  • Execute talent sourcing initiatives using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage quality candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities, and provide updates on candidate progress and market availability
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess role fit, capability, and cultural alignment before progressing to hiring managers.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and stay informed of current recruitment and employer branding trends.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Exposure to regional hiring is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and basic employment regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates a builder's mindset, with good commercial awareness and an execution-driven approach.
