Senior Executive, Telemarketing (Cantonese Speaker)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Agent to engage car owners and secure appointments for vehicle inspection and quotation. This role focuses on converting leads into confirmed appointments, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience for customers looking to sell their cars.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads who have expressed interest in selling their cars
• Understand customer intent, vehicle details, and urgency to sell
• Educate customers on the car selling process (inspection → quotation → payment)
• Schedule appointments for car inspection or valuation
• Follow up with undecided leads to drive conversion
• Address customer concerns regarding pricing, process, and timelines
• Reassure and build trust to encourage commitment to appointments
• Send reminders and confirmations to ensure high show-up rates
• Accurately update lead details and interaction notes in CRM
• Collaborate with inspection / purchasing team for smooth handover

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, call center, or sales preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese (mandatory); English/Mandarin is a plus
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Ability to build trust quickly with customers
• Comfortable handling high-volume leads and KPIs
• Basic CRM and computer literacy
