Role Overview
We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Executive to support the development and management of strategic partnerships with banks, dealerships and other product partners (e.g. insurance and warranty providers). This role is execution-focused and hands-on, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong partner relationships and successful rollout of new initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career with exposure in banking, automotive or fintech industries, who enjoys stakeholder management and getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
1.Partner Management & Execution
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned bank and dealership partners
- Support onboarding of new partners, including coordination of documentation, commercials and operational setup
- Follow up on customer loan applications with partner banks and dealers to ensure timely progression
- Help manage partner performance, service levels and issue resolution
2.Commercial & Product Support
- Assist in discussions on commercial terms, campaigns and partner incentives
- Support rollout of new products (e.g. insurance, extended warranty) with existing and new partners
- Coordinate internal teams (product, data, operations) to support partner needs
3.Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential new partners
- Support pilot programs with new dealers or financial institutions
- Prepare simple analysis, reports and presentations for internal partners
4.Relationship Building
- Build strong working relationships with partner teams
- Represent Tras in meetings, events and partner discussions
- Ensure partners understand Tras's value proposition effectively
Requirements & Background
- 24 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, banking, automotive, fintech or related fields
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable following up with external parties and internal teams
- Able to manage multiple partners and priorities at the same time
- Structured, organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and basic reporting
- Prior exposure to auto financing, hire purchase, banking operations or fintech is a plus but not mandatory
