Job Description
A Senior Videographer is responsible for producing high-quality video content from concept development to final delivery. The role combines creative storytelling, technical videography skills, and leadership to support marketing campaigns and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production
Plan, shoot, and produce professional videos for: marketing campaigns, corporate communications, social media platforms, company events and promotions
Manage the full video production workflow.
Creative Development
Work with marketing, branding, and creative teams to: develop storyboards, create scripts, design visual concepts for campaigns.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit footage with strong storytelling and pacing.
Perform: color grading, sound design, motion graphics integration.
Optimize videos for web, social media, and broadcast platforms.
Equipment Management
Operate and maintain professional production gear: cinema cameras, lighting setups, audio equipment, stabilization tools.
Quality Control
Ensure all videos maintain consistent visual style and brand identity.
Maintain high standards in color, sound, and storytelling.
Project Management
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
Handle production timelines, deliverables, and sometimes budgets.
Team Leadership
Mentor junior videographers and editors.
Guide freelancers or production vendors during projects.
Innovation
Stay updated on: new filming techniques, editing, trends emerging video technology.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in videography and video editing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and production skills.
Proficiency in editing software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
Strong knowledge of: cinematography, lighting, sound recording.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
