- Manage the Bank reconciliation;(b) Manage General Ledger Balance;
- Monthly check on Statement of Account (AP);(d) Manage and liaise with Operations team & suppliers on Accounts Payable;(e) Manage daily, weekly and monthly payments;(f) Liaise with the Auditors and tax agency to ensure audit reports are on track;(g) Prepare monthly reporting on Profit and Loss;(h) Liaise with Outsourced Accounting Firm on AR/AP;(i) Ensure all data entry by Outsourced Accounting Firm is correct; and(j) All other tasks and projects as deemed necessary and reasonably required by theCompany.

- Recognised qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Min 3 years experience in Accounts Payables function, preferably ina manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with cloud-based accounting software and ERP systems.
