岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
1. 全盘账务管理 / Full Set Accounting
- 负责公司全盘账务,包括日常报销审核、凭证录入与总账维护。
- Manage full set of accounts including daily expense reimbursements, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- 维护总账(GL)、应付账款(AP)及应收账款(AR),确保数据准确、及时。
- Maintain General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately and timely.
- 负责处理员工每月薪资、个税和法定付款的缴纳
- Handle monthly payroll, PCB, EPF and SOCSO contribution
2. 月度结账与财务报告 / Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting
- 完成月度结账流程,包括收入确认、成本分配及费用计提。
- Perform monthly closing, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, and accruals.
- 编制月度财务报表、管理报表及临时财务分析。
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- 支持现金流监控、预算及成本控制工作。
- Support cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
3. 税务与法定合规 / Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- 与外部税务代理(Tax Agent)沟通,准备及提交税务资料。
- Liaise with external tax agents to prepare and submit necessary documentation.
- 负责马来西亚各类税务申报,包括 SST、企业所得税、预扣税 等。
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of Malaysian taxes, including SST, Corporate Tax, PCB, and Withholding Tax.
- 跟踪最新税务法规,并提供合规及风险建议。
- Keep up to date with Malaysian tax laws and provide guidance on compliance and risk mitigation.
4. 审计协调 / Audit Coordination
- 主导年度外部审计工作,准备审计所需资料。
- Coordinate with external auditors to prepare annual audit schedules and documentation.
- 回复审计问题并跟进整改,确保审计按时完成。
- Address audit queries and follow up on required actions to ensure timely completion.
- 确保遵循马来西亚财务报告准则(MFRS / MPERS)。
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS / MPERS).
5. 财务数据与系统支持 / Financial Data & Systems Support
- 使用 SQL 提取、分析财务数据,提高报表效率及准确性。
- Utilize SQL for financial data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- 协助财务流程优化及系统改进。
- Support process improvements and financial system optimization.
- 熟悉财务软件(AutoCount、SQL Accounting、Xero、SAP 等)者优先。
- Experience with accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Accounting, Xero, or SAP is a plus.
任职要求 / Requirements
- 会计、财务或相关专业大专 / 本科及以上学历。
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 至少 3 年马来西亚全盘账务经验。
- Minimum 3 years Malaysian full set accounting experience.
- 熟悉马来西亚税务及法定要求(SST、企业所得税、预扣税)。
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian taxation and statutory requirements (SST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax).
- 能独立处理月度结账、税务申报及审计对接。
- Ability to independently handle monthly closing, tax filing, and audit coordination.
- 熟练使用 Excel、财务系统及 SQL 进行数据处理。
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and SQL for data analysis.
- 具有税务或审计相关经验者优先。
- Preference will be given to candidates with taxation or audit experience.
- 有建筑施工行业财务工作经验者优先。
- Candidates with prior experience in the construction / engineering industry are highly preferred.
- 具备三种语言能力:英语、中文(普通话)及马来语(Malay)。
- Be proficient in three languages: English, Mandarin, and Malay.
