Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. This role will assist in our KL Branch accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a full set of accounts, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and plan and execute multiple priorities and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements
• Track operational expenses and assist in maintaining accurate cost records
• Prepare internal reports and schedules for management as needed
• Assist with payment processing and documentation
• Support month-end closing processes and liaise with external auditors when needed
• Help maintain compliance-related financial records (e.g., audit trail, supporting documents)
• Handle ad hoc finance and admin tasks in a lean, trust-based environment

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a regulated or financial services environment
• Strong attention to detail, good with numbers, and comfortable with routine tasks
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or similar)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling financial and confidential information

Compensation

RM4000-5500/month depending on experience
