Senior Financial Analyst (APAC)

Job Title: Regional Financial Analyst

Your New Role

• Support budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and strategic finance activities.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in partnership with the accounting team.
• Monitor operating expenses (OPEX) and support budget owners in cost management.
• Prepare and maintain sales and COGS reporting across business units and product lines.
• Assist with intercompany reporting and regional financial reporting requirements.
• Review and validate sales incentive calculations.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
  
  

Key Qualifications For Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance experience within a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting multiple countries, regions, or business units will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or other reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial planning systems and reporting automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven team player with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
