Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, leaflets, product packaging, event collaterals, and social media posts (static, GIFs, MP4s).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, third parties) to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  • Manage the entire creative processfrom ideation to final productionensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Benchmark creative outputs to ensure they are culturally relevant and effectively engage the Malaysian market.
  • Support the company's growth by creating impactful designs that drive brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in graphic design, multimedia, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media design (static, GIF, video), print materials, and marketing collaterals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Experience in direct selling industries is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative outputs.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
