Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, leaflets, product packaging, event collaterals, and social media posts (static, GIFs, MP4s).
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, third parties) to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Manage the entire creative processfrom ideation to final productionensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Benchmark creative outputs to ensure they are culturally relevant and effectively engage the Malaysian market.
Support the company's growth by creating impactful designs that drive brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of working experience in graphic design, multimedia, or related fields.
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media design (static, GIF, video), print materials, and marketing collaterals.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
Experience in direct selling industries is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative outputs.
