We are a sports NGO spearheading the growth of football in Asia, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, we are seeking for a seasoned talent to join our ITT department.
The Role
This is a high-impact stewardship position. You will lead a lean, high-output team of 14 IT professionals and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), overseeing an ecosystem of approximately 40 enterprise applications, security systems and a evolving Cloud/Infrastructure landscape.
You will report to the Head of ITT and work with the team to inherit deep institutional knowledge while beginning to shape the future ITT roadmap of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate board-level objectives into a seamless IT deliverables and operational roadmap.
- Direct the lifecycle of 40+ applications, security framework and modern AWS/Cloud infrastructure optimisations.
- Serve as the primary link between the working groups and senior management to project manage and deliver the outcomes expected
- Manage the annual technology and operations budget with a focus on cost controls, service improvements, vendor performance and ROI.
- Lead and evolve a team of specialized SMEs, ensuring high availability and 24/7 reliability for our sporting initiatives
- Lead the operational performance enhancements and process assurances to comply with internal standards and best practices
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a leader and team player with a strong presence, emotional intelligence, and technical grit:
- More than 20 years of total experience, with 5+ years at a senior level, with hands on technology and delivery leadership
- Proven track record managing enterprise software solutions and cloud-led operational leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills—comfortable navigating the unique international culture of a sports NGO.
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS or IT. PMP or AWS certifications are highly valued.
