We're looking for a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a typical HR role. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy across a multi-entity manufacturing business undergoing growth and operational transformation.
What we're looking for
• 12+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial environments
• Proven HRBP experience supporting plant operations/engineering / production teams
• Strong track record in employee relations, org development, and leadership partnering
• Experience in L&D frameworks, capability building, and workforce planning
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
