Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Human Resources Generalist, based in Petaling Jaya. The role involves overseeing HR functions, including payroll, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities include working closely with leadership to address workforce planning, employee relations, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The Senior HR Generalist will also manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support in talent acquisition and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes, including operational and strategic HR management.
• Proven experience in HR Policies development and implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations and team collaboration.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and best practices in corporate HR management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in global or regional HR roles is advantageous.
