Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with decision makers, fleet managers, and system users, and manage all services related to assigned key accounts
- Establish strong rapport and trust through proactive and consistent engagement
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries or issues across all communication channels, ensuring proper follow-up through to final resolution within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients business objectives
- Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by exceeding customer expectations
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, aftersales support, or account management in B2B
- Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Tech-savvy and computer literate, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- High-energy team player who can also work independently
- Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and travel nationwide for fieldwork as required
