- Commercial Contracting & Risk Management: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of high-value regional commercial contracts—including FMCG distribution, supply chain, procurement, and IP agreements—delivering practical, business-aligned legal advice that mitigates risk while enabling growth.
- Dispute Resolution & External Counsel Oversight: Direct litigation strategies, managing dispute resolutions and settlement negotiations autonomously while supervising external legal counsel across SEA to enforce strict budget and cost controls.
- Cross-Border Compliance & Governance: Oversee regulatory compliance, trade licensing, and import/export mandates across multiple SEA jurisdictions, actively monitoring legislative shifts to ensure local and regional legal alignment.
- Corporate Secretarial & Board Support: Manage corporate secretarial administration, drafting board resolutions and meeting minutes while liaising with company secretaries to maintain statutory registers and regulatory compliance.
- Legal Operations & Business Empowerment: Drive legal SOPs, contract template updates, and policy frameworks across functional teams (Sales, IT, Supply Chain) while delivering tailored legal training to streamline operational efficiency.
- 10+ years PQE with strong FMCG/manufacturing industry exposure and regional SEA market experience.
