Responsibilities

• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
• Taking responsibilities for profit and loss.
• Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
• Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty.
• Respond to customer enquiries / complaints.
• Lead in engagements and strategic customer interface with key Corporate Customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles within the contract logistics / 3PL industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Strong understanding of contract logistics and warehouse operations.
• Business Development experience, including proposal design, costing, pricing, tender management and negotiation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
