Job Scope:
This role plays a pivotal part in accelerating the growth of the Health business by shaping compelling health propositions, activating distributions to drive sales, and delivering sustainable health targets. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role translates health priorities into clear propositions, practical enablement, and measurable outcomes across the distribution. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a passion for health propositions, working closely with Agency, Marketing, and Operations, while driving effective communication and engagement with Agency and Marketing teams to build momentum, alignment, confidence, and consistent results in health sales.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Build winning health propositions
Shape and evolve health propositions that are customer centric, commercially compelling, and clearly differentiated, translating product capabilities into strong value stories that drive demand.
Bridge product strategy and sales reality
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure health propositions are practical, well positioned, and easy for distribution to execute in real customer conversations, with strong communication and engagement across Agency and Marketing to drive alignment and execution excellence.
Activate Agency to drive results
Enable and energise distribution with clear selling narratives, proposition playbooks, and targeted tools that build confidence and capability in health selling.
Turn enablement into sales outcomes
Design and support training, campaigns, and activation initiatives that directly improve health penetration, conversion, and overall sales performance.
Own health growth delivery
Track health sales performance against targets, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive focused actions to improve results at agent, unit, and portfolio level.
Use insights to scale growth
Leverage data and on‑the‑ground feedback to refine propositions, sharpen execution, and continuously improve commercial effectiveness.
Job Specification:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product development and management, product activation or growth roles.
Experience in insurance product management and/or insurance sales, particularly within the Agency distribution channel, is a strong advantage.
Exposure to health or financial services businesses, with proven involvement in driving commercial outcomes, is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance product strategy and sales execution.
Good understanding of how insurance products are positioned, sold, and activated.
Proven ability to translate product concepts into clear selling propositions and practical actions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence engaging Agency, Marketing, senior stakeholders, and large distribution groups.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast pace, performance, oriented environment.
